A: Heres my Scoop.. I am a 40 year old have owned many many cars.. and muscle car heads would say the car is girly. Mostly because its a FWD hatch and not your typical Mustang camaro Challanger blah blah V8 blah. I personally any 4dr makes a girl car because i am old school..
The car is Muscular in Europe,,, depending on the exact country you would be seen as a rich guy. It may even get you some tail. Its a very unique design... Now the Cooper is more questionable to be a chick car,,,most people wouldnt even know you are driving a Volvo... They may think its a redesigned GTI or something...

Here in the U.S. they are all over. It is the opinion of some that they are very over-priced, but a good car nonetheless. My aunt had one back in the 70's and it last a good while. They were made solid back then, which is what many cars aren't made that way today.

Q: Difference in Volvo C30 models?
What is the difference between the V1.0 and V2.0 models available for the Volvo C30? Their website only calls out a difference in wheel size, which doesn't seem to account for the total price difference of nearly $3000US
A: Anthony's answer to your question is 100% incorrect. The suspension, engine and interior have no differences between the 2 models.
What you do get for your $3000 is, in my opinion, well worth the 3K if you are willing to pay for it!

A: I am going thru a similiar thing trying to decide between a 2009 ooper JCW and the Volvo C30-r ... both are unique cars, One is a a fun go cart and the other is just a nice car. very tough to decide between the two... and this article below will jus make it worse haha
I drove the c30 today wasnt impressed with acceleration,,, but it rode nice, its built well, and visability is awesome.. Great stereo with Dynaudio upgrade,, very impresive also lots of space...
Q: Volvo C30 rear hatch space?
Can anyone comment on the trunk space on the 09 Volvo C30? I haven't had the time to check out a local dealer yet. Is it possible to fit an adult road bike in the trunk just taking the front wheel off?
A: With both seats folded down in the back you should fit that bike in there without removing the wheel. Car is designed for people with active lifestyle. You seem like you would actually use it for what it was designed for.

A: For a new driver I'd get the c30 but if you'll do more highway driving and more safety go for the xc90. C30 is a great car, so I'd for the c30!
