I am at the end of a lease on a Honda Pilot. I do not NEED the 3rd row. But I like the space. I want another lease. Under $400 monthly on a lease. These are the cars I am thinking of. Is there another car I should consider? Please help by giving your vote and a short reason.
A: If you like the Pilot, stick with it, or if you want something a little smaller, more fuel-efficient, the new CRV looks nice- I used to hate the design and features 'till this new model. Heard good things about the Hyundai from people who own them, and the Kia, too, and since you're leasing, you don't need to worry about the long-term reliability.
For that same reason, the Acadia is worth a look- great design, nice engine and features, rides great and lots of space with luxurious appointments. Again, American cars are not known for long-term reliability and fit-and-finish, but GMC is near the top of the pack, moreso than the Saturn version of the platform (Outlook), which is cheaper feeling and plasticky.
Wouldn't go near a Chrysler product; everyone I know who's made the mistake of buying one has had problems galore- which is one of the reasons Daimler-Benz sold them as fast as they bought the company. Jeeps used to be much more reliable, and I suppose they are the best of the Chrysler bunch, but that's not saying much.
I would go Pilot or Acadia, cause I like the size and style, and do yourself a favor and look at Toyota while you're at it.

I'm interested in purchasing a SUV, my search has come down to a Kia Sorento and a Chevy Trailblazer. In your opinion, which SUV is better?
A: i would pick neither.
The Hyundai Santa Fe, Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander are much better vehicles in this class.

Q: Kia Sorento replacement headlight bulbs.?
I am wanting to upgrade the standard H1 & H7 headlight bulbs in my 07 Kia Sorento. I have found a set of Xenon Halogen 8500k 12v 100w globes for both high and low beam. Will these be ok to just put straight in with no wiring upgrades etc? Obvioulsy don't want to burn any wiring out etc. Thanks for your help.
A: 100 watt bulbs are not street legal, doesn't matter if they fit or not, they are off-road driving lamps only. If you need more light, upgrade to the Extravision or the Silverstar bulbs. They are street legal.

I used to sell jeeps, and own two myself.
Buy the Kia. They are safer, have better fit and finish, and overall a better ownership experience than the jeep. You can't beat the warrenty either and dealership tends to really take care of you because they're trying to establish a name for themselves.

Q: Anyone know why my '05 Kia Sorento hesitates sometimes while shifting?
I have a '05 Kia Sorento which I love, but ever since it was new it quite often hesitates and even jerks a little during shifting in between 1st and 2nd gears and 2nd and 3rd gears. Does not do it all the time but does it often. I have had it in the dealership a half dozen times for this and they notice it when they drive it but are stumped and say that nothing shows up on the computer codes. Anyone else ever see this and/or know what the cause is? Friends have told me it could be anything from fuel injection mapping issues to tranny issues.
A: You may need to add some transmission fluid, trans could be going bad. The gears are done by the transmission, any little problem that you experience is definitely the transmission. I know, because I deal with problems like that all the time.
But it could also be your motor mounts too.

* my TWO cents...In the long run you might pay more for the parts you need and want, i mean if you pay shipping and handling, you might be better off checking all of your local Auto Part Stores rather than Online websites.
