A: All car headlamps must be adjustable for both up & down and left to right.
Q: How to start a Kia Morning SLX 2004 without a key fob?
A: You should put the key in the ignition, turn it to on and check that all the bulbs are working, then put the clutch in and the transmission in neutral and turn the key to start until it cranks over and the engine is running.
If you don't have a clutch you have a crap car and if you don't have a key you need to get a new one from the manufacturer after you have proven that you own the car.
Q: Is there a salvage or junkyard in Ausin area I can find parts for my 2004 Kia?

Well - I'm from Austin, Texas - and there are lots of Salvage yards, three or four of them are way out South Congress, I drive out there and usually find parts for whatever I'm driving; I haven't driven a KIA yet, but I've driven Toyota, Nissan, Volvo, Chevy, Ford, Volkwagen - that's all I can think of.... well... I can't think of a time when I couldn't find parts out there. There is an online service that searches several salvage yards and junkyards in the Austin area; and I believe the service is a national one so if you're really looking in a place called "Ausin" which I've never heard of, or if your in some other Austin and not Austin Texas you might be able to use it - but the link for the service in the Austin area is below. I also included a link of Salvage and Auto Junkyards in the Austin, Texas area. Good luck. One more thing; you may want to edit your post, it really is impossible to tell where you are looking for parts. I think the reason you're not getting many answers is nobody knows what you mean by "Ausin" - this is pretty much an international web site - and your "Ausin" could be anywhere. Check the spelling, and name the State at least. Good luck!!!!
Q: My 2004 KIA Carnival's front power windows don't work?
i think the fuse blew but aren't sure which one to replace. the ones i think are 25w but there aren't any spares within the fuse box spares.....
A: If you are not sure which one to replace then I would take it to a shop. If the fuse blew, there is a reason it blew and would require diagnostic time to determine the cause. Fuses dont blow just for fun, they blow because of an electrical issue.

Q: KIA 2004 Sorrento?
When starting engine all internal lights (dome, passenger, driver, and cargo lights come on and stay on. I have had to pull the room fuse to alleviate the problem. Any suggestions?
A: I suggest you get it into a shop so it can be diagnosed.
Q: When I turn my headlights on, only the brights and parking lights work. My dims dont work at all. 2004 KIA?
A: Common sense would seem to dictate that it would be the dimmer switch, but should be diagnosed. One thing to check is in the owners manual, find the fuse list, and see if there is a seperate fuse that says "low beam", if so, check that fuse. But I'd bet it's the dimmer switch.
Q: LEAKING! Cracked radiator fluid reservoir on my 2004 Kia Sorento...?
I live in the Greer/Greenville SC area and need to find a used or very cheap reservoir since mine is full of tiny cracks. I tried to patch it with JB Weld and also fiberglass. Any suggestions would be great....

A: Unlikely, only Ford, Saab and Volvo produce models designed to run on E85 in the UK. You might have problems with fuel injection and engine management system also unsuitable hose material in fuel system. As previous answerer says you could check in owner's manual or with dealer.
Q: Anyone have sudden acceleration with their Kia car?
This is a long story....My husband and I bought a 2004 Kia brand new in 2004. Well about a year later my husband was driving and we were heading to his sister's house and we stopped at a gas station. When he stopped the accelerator suddenly got stuck and it took all he had to make it stop. Finally I just turned the car off before it blew up. Well we got it "fixed" and then it did it again at a parking lot not even a year later (just this past month). So we just told them we wanted to trade it in for a newer one. So we got it about 2 weeks ago and guess what???? It is doing the same thing (this time at Burger King in the drive-thru. So needless to say we are furious!!! My husband called the Kia place we got it from and they are supposed to call us back tomorrow to let us know what they plan to do. Should we go ahead and get a lawyer to see if the lemon law applies to us? Has anyone experienced this?
Thanks I am sure we would have to give them 2-3 times to fix it here in Alabama too. Since we traded the other (a 2004) in for a new car (a 2006) then I guess we will just have to wait and see if they really fix it. I hope so so we can avoid court or whatever altogether. What worries me though is that this is the second Kia Spectra that has done this so what if it happens to someone else and they get hurt or die from it. Shouldn't they have to look into this?

Q: My 2004 Kia Spectra drivers-side back wheel keeps locking up, any thoughts on why?
The temperature has been very cold and one day driving home the wheel just completely stopped spinning in the middle of a busy rode. I skidded my way to the nearest parking lot. Eventually I put the car in reverse, went back 10 feet and then tried drive again. Amazingly, it worked.
However, it faultered again about a block from home, and the same thing happened when I tried to go around the block a little later. Amazingly, putting it in reverse seems to fix the problem for a limited amount of time.
The car has been really good to me overall, and I haven't had any recent work done on it. The only real change in variables was the temperature. Could something have frozen, or a block of ice be locking something up?

No, it's an automatic. I wish it was a 5-speed :D
A: You probably park your car outside and maybe it was precipitating when you parked the last time and it got on the warm wheel and then froze and caused things to get stiff or else you went thru a puddle and splashed water.
I would recommend take it to a garage get it inside and warmed up, remove the wheels and spray everything mechanical with some type of water repellant/lubricant keeping it off the brake rotors.
